We believe in 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return most items within a 90 day period for exchange or partial refund. The only exception to this rule are items that have been shipped correctly and or marked as a clearance item.
– On Items that have been shipped correctly we offer a 30 day period for exchange or refund.
– On items marked as clearance, all sales are final and MAY NOT BE RETURNED.

How to Return Your Items
– Items may be returned in new and unopened condition within 90 days of delivery for a full refund. To receive your Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) please contact the customer relations department by email at email@example.com or call us at 757-936-8335.
– Everest Tactical Solutions Inc. does not reimburse return shipping expenses on correctly shipped orders. There will also be a 10% restocking fee on your item.
– All returns must have an authorization number written on the outside of the box in order to be processed. Returns without an authorization number will be returned to sender.
– Please keep your tracking number for the returned package as Everest Tactical Solutions is not responsible for lost packages in transit.
– All refunds will be done within 72 hours and reflect on your original payment form accordingly.
– Please ensure when returning footwear the original tags are still attached and in new condition. We will not accept worn or used footwear. Please re-package the box in the proper packaging to ensure the package is re-usable. We will not accept a package back that can’t be re-sold.
– If you decide to exchange an item/order you will not be charged for shipping unless the order is under $99.00 US Dollars. If order is below $99.00 US Shipping Charges Will Apply.
– If you decide to exchange an item we can provide you with faster service by calling us direct at 757-963-8335. By calling us we can expedite your order immediately without the wait of processing and removal of shipping charges.
– All return orders will be refunded once items is received in our warehouse.
Shipping Your Return
All returns are assigned a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). Request an RMA number by contacting our customer relations department via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 1-757-963-8335 (M – F 9AM – 5PM EST). Please ensure that any returns have the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the return package. Returns that do not have the RMA clearly displayed on the outside of the package may be refused by the warehouse.
Ship your package using a traceable shipping service such as UPS or FedEx. By using this method, the return merchandise can be tracked and delivery can be confirmed. We do not refund original shipping costs on returned orders, and we do not cover any shipping costs associated with your return.
If your return item includes a shoe box, please do not use that box as the shipping packaging. In order to resell it, we need the original packaging to be intact. Returned items in marked or damaged shoe boxes may be refused by the post office or our warehouse. To avoid this, place your return item in a box or wrap it to ensure its safety during the shipping process. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Want to exchange an item? Simply return your original item(s), and place a new order. We will ship your new order immediately, reducing wait time for replacement items. Once we receive and process your return, we will issue an immediate credit.
